Coverage Terms
- Coverage applies only to systems actively onboarded and monitored under a Professional or Enterprise plan.
- Sentinel Fortis must be designated as the primary detection and response provider for the affected system.
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of incident identification with full forensic cooperation.
- Coverage caps are stated per incident and per annual policy term.
- Standard exclusions: insider abuse by privileged users, force majeure, and pre-existing compromises documented at onboarding.
- Full terms and conditions are provided in your Master Services Agreement and reviewed annually.
